Our Key Functions
RForce Pty Ltd a is a provider of software, proprietary content and services that enable organisations to measure, build and analyse the wellbeing and resilience of people. We operate as a data processor for our customers and handle only that Personal Information which our customers have asked us to process. RForce's customers act as data controllers.
“Personal Information” is information or an opinion that identifies you, or from which you can be identified:
- whether the information or opinion is true or not; and
- whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.
It may include, but is not limited to: your name, email address, physical address, title and/or other contact information.
Collection of Personal Information
As a visitor to our website: If you are just browsing our website and do not complete any online forms or contact us, we will not collect personal information from you that would enable us to identify you.
We may collect certain information about your computer such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by us for the provision of products and services and to maintain the quality of the website and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website. This applies to anyone using our website.
As a user of our software: If you have been invited to use our software, personal information (limited to your name and email address) has been provided to us by a third party (our customer). The only information we collect directly from you is your answers to the psychometric questionnaires. Your use of the facilities and services available through our website will determine the amount and type of information we collect.
Use of Personal Information
We may use your personal information to:
- facilitate the gathering, measuring and analysis of psychometric data for our customers;
- processing data into reports for our customers;
- provide support services in connection with this site;
- notify you of technical updates or changes in policies;
- facilitate feedback relating to the site and services; and
- notify you of opportunities we believe you may be interested in.
We also use aggregated and de-identified data to perform benchmarking, conduct research, and do analytics to better understand resilience and wellbeing in general.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We may share data with trusted partners to assist us to provide our services to you. All of those third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services for us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
For invited users of our software: Unless explicitly stated, Personal Information, including answers to psychometric questionnaires and resulting scores will not be shared with the third party through whom you were invited to use our software (our customer). Where psychometric scores are shared with our customers, all information is aggregated and de-identified to protect your Personal Information.
For clients of psychology practitioners: If you have received an invitation through a psychology clinician, counsellor, or coach (a ‘Practitioner’) with whom you are working directly, your scores will be shared with the Practitioner to aid in your sessions. Practitioners who have access to your reports have their own privacy policies for how they manage, store, disseminate and control your Personal Information. Please contact your Practitioner directly if you have any concerns about how they manage your Personal Information.
Legally Required Disclosure: We may disclose Personal Information when required by law or regulation or when we believe in good faith that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, comply with legal mandates, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of RForce, its users and the public.
All of the Personal Information we collect is housed, stored and protected in data centres within Australia. We may employ third parties to perform data storage functions on our behalf. All of those third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Use of website from outside of Australia
Please note that by accessing the RForce website or software from outside of Australia, you are consenting to the transfer to and processing of Personal Information in Australia which may have different privacy laws to the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.
RForce will only use Personal Information in ways compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or authorised by our customers as set out in this policy. Security of Personal Information
RForce is committed to ensuring the security of the Personal Information that it processes. We have put into place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to maintain data accuracy, prevent unauthorised access or disclosure and ensure the appropriate use of your Personal Information, including data encryption, limited access and the de-identification of information.
RForce strives to protect the privacy of the Personal Information it processes, and inadvertent disclosure is unlikely. However, in the event of any inadvertent disclosure, RForce will take all commercially reasonable steps to limit and remedy the disclosure.
Accessing and Updating Personal Information
In most cases, when RForce collects Personal Information, it does so on behalf of another company as its agent or data processor. To request access, correction, amendment or deletion of your Personal Information, you should contact the company to which it was provided.

If at any point RForce decide to retain or use Personal Information in a different manner, RForce will notify its customers by way of email or by posting a notice on RForce's website. In such an event, customers of RForce are responsible for informing their users and presenting them with the option to choose whether or not they will permit RForce to use their Personal Information in this revised manner.
